Fault detection and diagnosis of linear bearing in auto core adhesion mounting machines based on condition monitoring

چکیده

This study aims to increase machine reliability thereby preventing product defects from adhesive dispense and slider attachment by a fault detection diagnostic technique. The experiment was set up investigate the vibration signal motor current. Six conditions of linear bearing were up. approaches, including spectrum analysis, crest factor, analysis variance, are used for data analysis. It found that suitable classifying frequency domains statistics tool successful in measuring Fault diagnosis results can forecast status bearings.
